1. About the Service
RideCheck Pro provides digital rideshare vehicle inspection certificates for drivers in California. Inspections are performed by a California ARD-certified inspector (Moe Mojadidi, ARD #250001) at Lamorinda Auto Care (Moraga Chevron), 1455 Moraga Way, Moraga, CA 94556.
RideCheck Pro is an independent inspection service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc. or Lyft, Inc.
2. Driver Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information about yourself and your vehicle in the driver intake form, including the VIN, license plate, mileage, and registration details.
You are responsible for keeping your vehicle in safe operating condition. Submitting false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order without refund and may violate platform and state requirements.
3. Orders & Payment
Prices are a flat one-time fee: $16.99 for a single Uber or Lyft inspection, or $21.99 for the Uber + Lyft bundle. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RideCheck Pro does not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Signed inspection PDFs are typically delivered to the email you provide within 1–3 hours during business hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM PT). Orders placed after 10 PM are delivered by 8 AM. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
5. Pass Guarantee & Refunds
If your vehicle does not pass inspection, RideCheck Pro will refund your payment in full automatically to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Platform Acceptance
Uber and Lyft set their own requirements and may change them at any time. Final acceptance of any document is determined by the rideshare platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideCheck Pro's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
